Marge Josephson is Vice President of Human Resources and Operational Services at Bay City Capital and has been with the firm since its formation in June 1997.  Ms. Josephson is responsible for a variety of roles including Human Resources, Contract Management, Purchasing, Facilities, and MIS coordination.  Previously, Ms. Josephson worked for Burrill & Craves as an Executive Assistant where she supported Fred Craves and the professional team working on transactions with W.R. Grace, Baxter, and Eli Lilly.  Ms. Josephson also worked for MicroProbe Corporation (renamed Epoch Pharmaceuticals and acquired by Nanogen) for two years supporting Fred Craves as CEO, and in-house Counsel.  Ms. Josephson graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BS in Health Science Education, Community Health, and Public Health; and holds HRM certification from San Francisco State University.
