Mountain View, CA. - Ventro™ Corporation, a newly formed company focused on building and operating the next generation of business-to-business (B2B) vertical marketplaces today introduced a new stock symbol, VNTR, which will debut on NASDAQ. Effective March 1, 2000, VNTR replaces CMDX, the Chemdex Corporation stock symbol. This stock symbol change was previously announced on February 22, 2000.
